Aleksandra Żeromska graduated from ECAL, Switzerland (University of Arts and design in Lausanne) with master’s degree in Design for Luxury and craftsmanship, where she collaborated with some leading industry brands like Hermès, Aesop, Marsotto Lab. Aleksandra works between her art and product design. Her projects are driven by subtle dynamics of the surrounding reality - referring not only to the nature but also to the tacit cultural heritage and stories that rarely appear in the flashlights. She creates poetic sketches, by means of which she transforms her unique experiences and personal perception of world into material objects. Aleksandra has a strong background in different fields of design including furniture, lightning, textile, accessories and packaging. The projects differ from mass produced objects to unique art-design pieces, yet always with personality, rooted in culture and backed up by a strong research. Being constantly inspired by materials, finding their limits and meaning, in simple words she loves to make her drawings alive.
